Business is as usual in terms of working hours and services. Safety and hygiene practices are being taken seriously along with the rules and guidelines that the government have put in place. Therefore to respect this, social distancing and personal protective equipment will be the new normal for my business. I will continue to give my clients the best experience I can in these unprecedented times whilst also keeping them safe. No photo is more important than my client's health.
I thank you all for your patience. Updates on my business in terms of Covid-19 can be found on my social media. If you have any queries then please contact me here.
A Little About Me...
I am a published photographer and university student based across Kent and Essex. I have a keen eye and a creative heart which I use to specialise in automotive photography.
I've been a Petrolhead since birth, meaning car culture is a way of life for me. I live for race weekends, the roar of a V8 engine and smelling the heavenly mixture of burnt rubber and race fuel. Nothing better.
My style and approach is honest, detailed and relaxed. My aim as a photographer is to capture the unique personality of each car and driver; documenting and representing the greatest elements of the automotive world. To learn more about what automotive services I offer, click here.
If you're looking for a photographer to cover your event, be it your wedding, a small business photoshoot or if you just want some updated headshots, get in touch. I can offer competitive rates and top quality images, all delivered to your deadline.
“Calli is a welcome addition to the family that is Outlaw Flat Four. Most of the time Calli is snapping away without anyone's knowledge, this we feel captures a really honest insight into our sport. Her style produces great natural shots of the action both on track and in the pits”
After completing my Photography GCSE with an A*/Grade 8, I decided to continue my studies at college on a Level 3 Extended Photography Diploma. I achieved a Distinction at the end of this course whilst also being awarded with the Best Photo in Show at the End of Year Creative Arts Show and a CPD Certificate in Studio Lighting.
Whilst I was at college I had the opportunity to take an Extended Project Qualification. I did my project on Car Culture and how it is viewed by society. For the course outcome, I held my very first independent photography exhibition, displaying my photographs which represented the research I had conducted. I was awarded an A* for both my project and exhibition.
After leaving college I took a Journalism work experience course. This has led me to start writing and reporting on the events that I cover photographically. I am currently continuing my studies at university on a Photography Degree course, whilst also building my freelance business.
Calli Faraway is studying an Extended Photography Diploma with us, and she recently completed an outstanding exhibition on Car Culture for her Extended Project Qualification. We recently caught up with her on why she chose this topic and what inspires her.
